Refund Policy

Tickets are NOT REFUNDABLE. However, we understand that life happens. If you find yourself unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible.

The Waitlist Process

We do our best to help fill your spot using our official waitlist. If we are successful in doing so:

  • We will return the cost of your order to you.
  • The refund will be net of original credit card processing fees (approximately 3%) incurred at the time of purchase.

Important Reminders

  • We are unable to facilitate transfers within 2 weeks of the event date.

Private Sales Prohibited: Do not post on the CampFI FB page or in the CampFI: Alumni FB group that you are looking to sell your ticket or looking to purchase a ticket for any CampFI events. We will prioritize those people on the waitlist when looking to fill spots that unexpectedly become available.
